Being a native Californian, I have lived and roamed the 48th my entire life...
Laguna Beach is easily one of my favorite spots in all of California... the country... and I'll report back after more international travel, but prospects are strong for Laguna Beach being 'all time' - worldwide.
I've been running around Laguna Beach so long that if PCH is backed up as far as the eye can see - and you trust me - I'll get you from Forest to Cress street, lickety-split. I could never write down directions for you, but we'll weave between the hills and be at Rooftop before Waze has any clue what's going on.
My relationship with Laguna Beach started in college, and I want to be upfront: I've been to the Dirty Bird more times than I'm comfortable admitting. What's worse is how many times after college I've been there, wearing a suit... with 20 other suits. I guess that's when you know you're working at the right company. It also means I have house advantage on well-worn dart boards and the foosball table, and I know where the new bathroom is.
My work friends and I ending up there so often is a result of an amazing ecosystem of business - my firm regularly host events at local resorts and restaurants. Laguna Beach is one of our favorite spots nationally and always has been. That's because in California, we know better than any how to maximize the most out of every ounce of daylight. We burn the candle at both ends and lead by example. We have to work hard to afford it here.
Laguna Beach is one of the areas oldest cities and famous for its local art culture. Trailblazers, all of them, carved through the canyon to find one of natures hidden gems.
It's time to blaze more trails. It's time to lead, California.
We Have Things To Do.
